Why would NASCAR play favorites with Jeff Burton though? After all, his sponsor is Cingular.

Yes he has, but I can't see NASCAR playing favorites with Jeff Burton.

Re: Is the Championship Rigged?

Ya' know..if Nascar wants #31 out of it..maybe they paid Robby G like $50K to throw it, then slap him with a penalty of $15K..and yi-haaa he's up $35K.

You think back door deals like that don't happen? Ever been to Vegas? You believe everything politicians tell ya'?

Robby wanted the lucky dog. It's as simple as that.

But about the championship being rigged, I refuse to believe that simply because if it was if Nascar had its way, Kurt Busch would not be a champion. And im sure Mike Helton is smarter than that. He knows that all his fans will turn their back if they find out.
Thats funny! I like that! The beer thing I mean!

Lemme see here. Somehow I'm having a vision. The number 31 is in it. It's becoming clearer as my mind begins to relax. I can begin to see in the car. Someone is driving it that looks strangely familiar and there seems to be a number tatoed on his cheek. OMG it's the number 7. It's friggin' Robbie Gordon. There's someone screaming at him - get outta here, i need someone who can produce. It's friggin Richard C. Robbie looks hurt. He's saying something. "someday, someway, I will repay you for this. I don't know how or when, but it will happen, Richard C is hitting him with ---- a piece of roll bar padding. Sorry --- vision is fading. Can't tell you how it ends.

I love "grassy knoll" theories. Hmmm...??? Did anyone ever notice that whenever Brian France comes to the track, he arrives in a black helocopter?

You mean like, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you."? Yeah, that ranks up there with
(a) NASCAR has no favourite drivers,
(b) "I love you, no s**t!," and
(c) "I won't... " (Let's just leave that one unsaid, shall we)
