I just love Na$cars consistency and double standards. They penalize Newman for turning the 42 and send him to end of the longest line. Yet, if that would have happened on the last lap and Newmie went on to win...........nothing would happen. The 24 driving through the 17 earlier this year comes to mind.

And there is a difference on turning someone early in the race than turning someone late in the race.

This was considered AGGRESSIVE driving by NASCAR. All turn arounds aren't classified as aggressive.
