You get behind, someone on your pit crew makes a mistake. What do you do? Of course you fire them, in the middle of the race. Wish I had the computer scaner so I could of heard what was said, must of been pretty bad. The crew cheif seemed to be pretty embarassed and last night wasn't the first time. And y'all wonder why I don't like this borish, bully. He is a sh*t head, he may be able to drive. As a decent human he comes up short. And from someone who has the history to know, I still say he is abusive.

I didnt catch any of that during the race, but I know what you mean about Harvick. He redifines the term "cocky".

So I am an RCR fan. Bowyer is my favorite but whatever. So Harvick is a jerk? Big Deal. Maybe he wouldn't be my choice as a boss. I wonder if this was the first mistake made by former employee or maybe the guy had it coming. I don't know, and really I don't care.

To imply that he abuses his wife is way over the line though. I also assume that you have experience with abusers one way or the other, but to call out someone, even on a message board is real extreme. Jerk, Cocky, whatever. That's part of the reason I like him. I just don't think it's necessary to call him a wife abuser, without evidence.

I never heard anything about spousal abuse??? This is a new rumor. From interviews I have heard with both of them, IF there is any spousal abuse going on, it's probably inflicted by her! <g>

Kevie Baby lost me three years ago when, in an interview, he said that Jeffie-Pooh and Junior were the "real spokesmen" for the sport, completely discounting, Rusty, Martin, Kyle, Dale Jarrett, and others who were successful when he was still pedaling a bicycle!

All in all, Kevie kind of reminds me of Jimmy Johnson, a kid who is really impressed with himself and believes all his press clippings.

You got it right, I would have no business without proof to say he was a wife abuser, no matter how I may feel about it. And as I have said many times has nothing to do with his ability to drive a race car. He doesn't treat people with respect.

I won't bother to weigh in on Harvick, even though I don't like unfounded rumors ... but Bob once again your statement verifies my long standing theory that the media has more to do with negativity than any other source within NASCAR.

With almost every person in the public eye (DW, Mike Wallace and Rick Hendrick are the obvious exceptions <G>), what we see and hear on TV and read in the media is merely what the writers and PR weasels want us to see and hear.

Andy Warhol said that in the future everyone would have fifteen minutes of fame. A lot of these sports figures have had theirs but will their fifteen minutes EVER come to an end?!

Did you guys like the FX show 360 when they did the various drivers? I thought it was an interesting show and I hope they do some more. They had Harvick & wife and the acted like two bratty kids that just enjoyed picking at each other.

so did something happen this weekend that I missed, I didn't see any racing this weekend, but I know kevin clinched the busch series championship.

not defending nor bashing kevin , just wondering what brought this up now.
