I'm quiet calm, thank you. There is a BIG difference with what Gordo did and what Earnhardt did. Gordo slammed Matt out of the way, with no warning. DE would bump you once, then twice, and if you didnt move, he would move you. He was a master at moving someone out of the way without wrecking them. But if he was faster than you, and you kept blocking him, be prepared for a meeting with the fence.

Yup, that ship has sailed : quote Dupont4five

First off Dupont, it's NOT junk!! Maybe a little bit behind in some areas due to the fact that he's only a 2 car team. But he will get it done, as he always does!! Going through transitions usually isn't a smooth process. As far as the "that ship has sailed" : at least it sailed and is sailing in a new direction, but it ain't sunk!!!!

The 99 Bristol race disagrees with that. Terry had just gotten by Sr. and would have pulled away as he obviously had the faster car, but in the next corner Sr. drove into the corner as hard as he could, took Labonte out and crossed the checkers. No warning there.

Re: Gordon airs displeasure with Junior's bump-draft

PEOPLE ... Lets face it. Almost every driver out there has been the cause of a wreck that creates bad feelings at one time or another. This time was really no different other than Vickers is on his way out of the HMS team. Gimme a list of drivers and I'm sure there will be a list of accidents that he caused at one track or another.

When I saw this ending I knew these boards were going to be filled with wild comments. Next week all will be forgotten and forgiven with the exception of Vickers who HMS is mad at. Now they will have to find another driver they can use as a tester.

I can recall a video seeing Dale Sr wrecking someone and wrecking himself in the proccess of trying to win. So yeah, Dale Sr did the same stuff Gordon does too.

I agree, but that was a rare incident, even for Dale. I was/am an avid fan of his, and was pi$$ed at him for that. Terry didn't deserve it and Dale deserved the boos he got. But, like I said, he would do that maybe once every couple of years. Its not like it was his M.O. on a regular basis like a lot of people say it was.

They are jealous? Don't see how they can be jealous when they are one of the top 2 teams in NASCAR.
