Where else in sports can you find such unique trophies? What's wrong by getting a trophy from a track that depicts its nickname? I admit, the shotgun may be a bit much, but calling a grandfather clock crazy? How about the belt from Las Vegas, home of championship fights? I also think that it's cool that the Bass Pro Shops trophy is a different animal every year. C'mon, every other sport has the same trophy for themselves, but they come in the playoffs. NASCAR has a trophy after every race, how cool is that? I think some more intense observation is needed.

OLD THREAD, but I missed it the first time.

mann I think nascar has the best throphies, ones that really stand out and bring attention to them selves. would you rather have a room full of little pilar type throphies with a gold car on top or some of these ones.

I love the bear for the probass 500 @ atlanta, and the moster from dover aka: the monster mile.
