well i hadn't heard about him untill i became a fan a couple years ago but i watched some tv thing about him and he was really cool. He was supposed to bring the pettys back to victory lane untill he died in an accident in practice at new hampshire back in '01. Kyle Petty didn't drive the 44 car after that and started driving adams #, 45. That is also why everytime the 45 car races at new hampshire' he drives a black car with almost no sponsers on it.

I don't think Kyle has raced at that track since the accident. He was there just a little while back, but just because Tony Stewart gave money to the Victory Junction Gang camp. He won't race there because of the accident.

Thats sad what happened to the Pettys. I would like to see Kyle back in Victory Lane-that would be awesome!

Wouldn't that be, I think you would see fans and drivers in tears, yep it would be awesome.
