| Re: Harvick's Crew Chief says Kahne is the one watch. Methinks that Berrier is correct. I don't normally do predictions like this but I will go out on a limb (after playoff race #1) and predict that Kahne and Jeffie-Pooh will battle it out with Kasey winning it at Homestead. I still think what he did with Yates wasn't the most ethical thing for him to do but, unlike what Jeffie did to Bill Davis, Kasey gave Robert what he thought was a valid reason for voiding his contract. I'm not sure how much merit his charge had, but...? At least Yates had a chance to fight it in court, more than Jeffie and The Felon gave Bill Davis. Yep, I believe Kasey is the real thing and will have multiple championships by the end of the decade. And I also predict that LSC is correct. By that time there will be copius whinings about (a) Kasey and Everham having a homosexual affair, (b) Kasey being a chronic whiner, (c) Kahne being the consumate cheater/dirty driver, or (d) all of the above. The hills will be alive with the sounds of the ABK (Anybody But Kahne) crowd and anytime Kasey wins one, their thongs will be in a veritable wad.

I remember the days when DW had to have a police escort just to leave a race track. Now, if you say anything derogatory about him, you get the same reaction the Pope recently did when he quoted a German philospher's reaction to Islam. One never knows what the future holds, do one? |

We'll have to wait and see how he (and, more importantly, his team) deals with success. He's on the road to PrimaDonnaVille...

| Re: Harvick's Crew Chief says Kahne is the one watch. [quote=bogle]Agreed. Kasey's the real deal. But, he's just TOO PRETTY! And Evernham looks a little too much like Yves Saint Laurent... [quote] LOL I have always said that IF Kasey ever gets thrown into jail, it could be a veeeerrrry loooong night for him! Note to Kasey: Kasey, watch some old episodes of OZ. It'll be inspiration for you to walk the straight and narrow. I never realized it but Ray does bear a resemblence to Yves. Gosh, someone besides me is old enough to remember Yves Saint Laurent?? Just to keep this post on subject, do you remember that Yves was in the best racing movie ever made (NO! Not Talladega Nights! I said GREATEST, not SILLIEST!), Grand Prix, with James Garner? |

Please! I must not have been clear. I was, IN NO WAY comparing young Mr. Kasey to the egomaniacal DW! I have much more respect for the youthful Master Kahne than that! I will gladly cough up a mea culpa just for using Kasey's name and DW in the same paragragh. Mea culpa. Mea culpa, Dio, maxima mea culpa. |

| Re: Harvick's Crew Chief says Kahne is the one watch. I don't like or dislike Kahne. All I know is he has my Stews spot! This is my own opinion everyone but Kahne was or is he going somewhere else due to lack of performance and now all of a sudden he is doing better and made the chase. I could be wrong about him going somewhere else.
