Re: Do I smell Championship #5 Im not picking Gordon because Im a fan of his. All you have to do is review these 10 tracks for Gordon, and they have been a success for him, except for Phoenix and Texas. We should be talking about Gordon's 6th championship if it wasn't for the Chase format.

Re: Do I smell Championship #5 Well it's been a while since I've been around, but it's good to see a few more Gordon fans have found us here. I'm off to Loudon turn 4, I'll be the guy with the 24 hat. if it's anything like last year you'll be able to pick me out pretty easily.

Re: Do I smell Championship #5 [quote=Dupont4five]How can the march of Gordon toward yet another championship somehow be relegated below whether or not Kasey Kahne makes the Chase at all? How can it somehow draw less interest than whether or not Mark Martin will pull off another “one more year” shuffle? How can Jimmie Johnson, who has played Robin to Gordon’s Batman, all of sudden get the Master Bruce treatment from Alfred? The fact is Jeff has collected the MOST points since the first Michigan race. He has the most bonus points and has finished in the top 5 three straight, hasnt finished below 16th since the Pepsi 400. We gonna be great in the final 10 races and no ones gonna stop ol' Wonderboy and his Rainbow Warriors. [/quoteOh...I smell something.....but it is not a championship!
