I wouldn't say undeserved top 10. He played pit strategy to get it. Which is one your boys traits ain't it. Damn... I guess that means he pulled a Gordon... that just made me sick to say that. I'm going to drink now

I thought of you when I was at the store....they had a big stack of rum on sale next to the cash register....

I think you need to call someone over to watch the race with you...and say "oh, can you make a stop on your way?"

Re: Do I smell Championship #5

Jeff Gordon has made the Chase. These 10 tracks for Jeff Gordon are good for him, which is why I think he will be a serious contender. The only tracks I am questioning for Gordon is Texas and Phoenix, although I think Gordon has improved at Phoenix, so Texas is my big question for Jeff Gordon and the 24 team. But other than that, Gordon will be a serious contender for this championship.

Way to spin a crappy performance for Gordon.

I know not everyone agrees with the consistency way of thinking but the 10 that are in the chase are there in part due to consistency. It will take problems other than driving (generally) to reduce ones chance at the championship. Good luck to all of them.

No, Im reffering to these last 10 races. I knew that Gordon hasn't ran good at Richmond, and I felt like once Gordon got this track out of the way and made the Chase, he was going to be a serious contender. I admit it, it was a crappy performance by Gordon, but the big picture is the performance was good enough to make the Chase, and Gordon hasn't been good at Richmond anyway. These next 10 races are going to be good for Gordon, but like I said one track Im questioning is Texas, but other than that Gordon will be good at these tracks and I think he will be a serious contender for this championship.

This is the most pathetic race ive seen since last years Talladega race, Steve did such a sh*tty job today, he didnt even get the car drivable, not the way we want to enter the chase but whatever. New Hampshire, Phoenix and Texas are all gonna suck big time but if we can win the other 7 races this is our championship

I have to disagree with you on New Hampsire. Gordon was running good at New Hampsire last year until he had brake problems, and if he didn't get caught up in that wreck at New Hampsire earlier this year, who knows where he would have finished. But I do question Phoenix and Texas, those 2 tracks may not be good for Gordon. Gordon was running great early in the race, then Steve called for a adjustment or whatever, and the race went downhill for Jeff Gordon since then. I look back at Bristol and Watkins Glen, if he had completed those finishes without being spon and finishing back in 21st and 13th, he would have a better spot in the Chase right now, but we will never know. I think atleast 8 races will be good for Gordon, with Phoneix and Texas being my 2 question marks.
