| Looking feedback re: Camping at the track and generators Howdy Y'all, This would be my first post here, I'm not sure if my question is relevent to y'alls site. I just found it, but I'm kinda busy watching the Busch race in California(lap 52 We have had season tickets to Texas Motor Speedway since the track opened, we're just now getting around to skipping the hotel stays and the crazy traffic on Race Day by camping at the track There are no electrical hookups, we are in a 36' Fifth Wheel with a 15,000 BTU A/C unit as well as all the usual stuff found in a RV. My Question is, what do y'all use for a generator at the tracks? I've been out to the camping areas at the track, seems like most folks are not using the most quiet generators available. The RV folks that camp in national park type areas suggested I use Honda eu2000i gens. They are ultra quiet, but too small to run the A/C and way expensive ($2000 each and I'd need at least 3 or of them to get the job done). Any suggestions, input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! Eddie |
