| Rubicon to Field IndyCar at 92nd Indianapolis 500 Jason Priestley and Jim Freudenberg have partnered in the Rubicon Race Team with the intent to enter and qualify the #28 car into the field for the 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500. As the name implies, owners Jim Freudenberg and Jason Priestley are now committed beyond the point of no return with the formation of their team. The #28-one car team will be led by Jim who has over 20 years experience in motorsports event and team management while Sam Schmidt Motorsports will build, prepare and maintain the entry. Sam Schmidt Motorsports has a long and impressive history at the Speedway while Jim’s ability to maximize business and marketing alliances for partners has made him one of the most sought after management talents in the motorsports field. Jason Priestley, most known for his role as Brandon Walsh on the hit Fox Television series “Beverly Hills 90210”, is also a racing veteran. The Vancouver, British Columbia native has a passion for racing that began in the early 90’s and has spanned the spectrum of driver, race analyst and now team owner. The director, producer and actor plans to leverage his passion for racing and celebrity status into a winning combination for Rubicon, its partners and its charitable endeavors. The team will have a number of familiar faces from the Indianapolis and motorsports community involved. Participating on the teams advisory board to date are Tom Kelley- former Indy Racing League team owner; Jason Baker—Carolina Panthers punter and former Indianapolis Colts player; Dallas Clark—Indianapolis Colts tight end; Ian Ziering—actor; Greg Fisher—Campbell Fisher Design principal and Peter Yanowitch—team attorney. In the garage, long-time STP motorsports manager Jimmy Vogrin is coming out of retirement to manage the logistics, Jana Watt will manage public relations and media services and Josephine Kelley and Jeff Darks are returning to act as client services managers. Rubicon has begun planning a number of charitable opportunities for the Sam Schmidt Foundation and their other charitable partners that will happen in the months prior to the Indianapolis 500. Partners for the team and its veteran driver will be announced in the coming weeks. The teams’ current plan is to only field the #28 entry for the Indianapolis 500 on May 25, 2008. ![]()

| Re: Rubicon to Field IndyCar at 92nd Indianapolis 500 If the 500 has the same number of entries they have had the past two years, the #28 should make the field with relative ease. |

I wish his team well but that advisory board looks like a real knuckle dragger.
