| The Way Auto Racing Ought To Be Reported As is my custom since becoming Moderator for the Motorsports Forum on GoTeamsGo, I search the internet for stories about the sport, it's participants, and the sanctioning bodies. Occasionally I run across a piece that really "grabs" me and I spend way too much time with it. Such is this one. Let me say that Fox, ABC, ESPN, NBC, CNN, and all the other alphabet type news organizations should take a lesson from this outfit on how to cover an important auto racing event. May I suggest you settle down with your favorite beverage, some chips or other snack of choice and prepare yourself for one of the best race coverages I've every had the opportunity to read. Also, be sure to follow all the links in the story, they add a terrific amount of color. Now for your reading pleasure: Le Mans 24-hour race: as it happened 2pm-10pm (including Ask The Expert with Mr Petrol) | Motor sport | Guardian Unlimited Sport BTW: this was the 2007 Le Mans 24 Hour race .. just in case you missed it... Now that you've gone the first 8 hours, I'm betting you need to find out how the rest of the 24 hours went. So with out further ado:
