| Donny Schatz Wins in Australia
Donny Schatz has always run strong at Parramatta City Raceway in Australia and he continued this prowess on Wednesday night, winning the 30-lap Boxing Day event at the track.
Schatz lined up fourth for the main event and patiently let the race come to him during the opening laps, as he chased down 20-time Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion Steve Kinser. Schatz, the two-time defending World of Outlaws champion took the lead on the 10th lap, as he went low in traffic, while Kinser ran the high side.
Kerry Madsen, the reigning Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year with the World of Outlaws was running second on the white flag lap, when he got upside, leading to a two lap shootout between Kinser and Schatz. more....
