Re: Michael Schumacher drives taxi in airport dash It's been a few years since I got one. I think I'd like to keep it that way. My favorite daughter-in-law who works for my insurance company says they'd appreciate it also if I didn't get anymore.

Re: Michael Schumacher drives taxi in airport dash The last one I got I wanted to "discuss it with the cop but it was early in the morning, I was going to work, a new to me vehicle so I just wasn't used to the feel of it and I'm sure he had a stick in his butt as he was just a first class jerk about it. I could see no good in trying to plead my case with him. I'm sure his seat at Dunkin Donuts was calling his fat can !!! Yeah I'm still PO'd

Re: Michael Schumacher drives taxi in airport dash a bunch of years ago, probably before you were born, Vince, both Montana and Nevada didn't have speed limits. was great to put the foot on the floor for miles and miles. 'course that's all there was in them two states back then: miles and miles. but the Feds had to go and screw up the works .. told them if they wanted Fed hwy funds they'd have to fall in line. They started to refuse the funds, but then Feds said OK, but you still have to maintain all the federal highways in your state to Fed specifications. They saw the writing on the wall real clearly then. If I remember right, that was about the time the nat'l speed limit went to 55 'cause of the oil crisis during Jimmy Carter's presidency.
