I know next to nothing about this kind of stuff. How does Loeb compare to the top drivers from other series?

The Race Of Champions was so far dominated by rally drivers who won more than all the other drivers (open wheel, endurance, touring, GT, stock) put togheter.
WRC drivers are considered by many as the best in the world; and in the days of the Group B (1983 to 1986) I don't think anyone would have objected to that claim.
