That's the euro/international Focus mk. 2.
The Mk 2, uses the Ford C1 platform which is shared with the Volvo S40, V50 and C70, Mazda3 and Focus C-MAX.

whew! talk about being behind times: I just now found out Volvo is owned by Ford!!!

I've been eying the C30 for a few months and haven't found anything I don't like. AND, it's also on the C1 platform!
