Well friends...
We won't have to worry about Toronto this year,
.....sure we'll have some great games during the season...and it's good ole rivalry fun...

But...

Peca is cursed!
So....if the Leafs do make the Cup final....they won't win! I feel bad for them at times....cause they're like the team England of the NHL...

They are overrated...and just cant get a cup...not even for those poor stubborn fans of theirs...

I don't know if the Leafs are overrated. I think usually they go unnoticed, not causing much of a spark, except by the diehard fans of course, who will bleed blue till we die.
If you're looking for an overrated team, check out that place north of here - i think it's called the (choke) Senators. how many years have they been touted as Cup Winners only to make an early exit?
I assume the Peca curse is because the Oilers didn't win the Cup. Did you notice how well the Oilers did do? cause they went all the way to the finals. and how far did the Habs go?
If the Leafs don't do so well this year, i don't think I'm going to blame poor Mister Peca. there's too much to pick on aside from him.
Speaking of, i was reading about raycroft, trying to get semi excited about him - he's pumped, he says and has been for 2 months. he and Pogge are working out together. They say raycroft had too much potential pre strike to write him off because of one bad season post strike.
I'm nervous.

I totally agree with you guys....I was just trying to start a bit of 'banter' on here hehe....

Peca did have an excellent season, and I don't realllly think he's cursed either.....they did an unbelievable job in making the cup....and it was a flat footed final by the Oilers....

I won't deny it either...even though I'm a HABS fan....when it comes to playoff time bro....I cheer for any Canadian team.

I do the same -leafs out, I got for the habs or the Canucks. But never the senators.
