| Re: all talk goes here about dumont 41.18 is the number of millions the Canadiens are at right now - they have 2.8 to play with - JP comes at 2.9 - how could this happen? it won't. he won't be a Hab. It has been rumoured but it is far from fact. can the habs let someone go? I think it's all locked in at this point. The men are set up on the board. so where will dumont go? |

His agent says, even though Dumont is Montreal-born, that they never received an offer from the Canadiens. Who wants dumont? Detroit is the front runner. Other big names still floating around with no team? Anson Carter (detroit wants him too, along with Phoenix and Pittsburgh). Big loaf jason allison. Viktor Kozlov. Yanic perreault (oh can't we have him again in TO?) and Brian leetch (ditto?). |
