They say there is no damage to the front of his eye, and there may be damage behind the eye (which just sounds Yuck) but will hold off on surgery until they know better.

he'll be at training camp but they are still saying he's got problems with his peripheral vision. I guess training camp is his test.
Koivu has had some challenges in his career, man.
