Ryder stays in Montreal
Canadiens have signed winger Michael Ryder to a one-year contract. Terms were not disclosed.
This was most important - I think Ryder's one of the best at what he does.

It's also news that defenceman Patrice Brisebois has a $700 000$, 1-year contract offer.
It's the post-Souray era.
