Montreal points streak

The Canadiens are 4-0-2 in their last six games, and are looking to earn a point in their 7th straight game tonight. They're on the road against Florida in the 2nd game of a 6-game road trip, which they kicked off Tuesday with a win against the Islanders. Saku Koivu had three assists in that game, and Christopher Higgins scored 2 of his team's 5 goals in the win over New York.

Think Montreal can keep the streak going the Panthers, who have a 5-game points streak of their own?

Re: Montreal points streak

And yes, they pull it off. What's in the water the Canadiens are drinking, or are they just actually ready to fight for their place in the playoffs? It's a team with balls...

Too early to leave your balls out on the ice...give me a team that can pace itself in early March and I will give you a Stanley cup finalist...

Re: Montreal points streak

Flyers beat the Canadiens yesterday, ending their 3-game win streak. But guess what? It went to shootout, with Philly winning 5-4. That means the points streak lives on: 6-0-3 in their last 9 and counting!

Re: Montreal points streak

The streak is over. Toronto beats Montreal 5-3, and Leafs fans rejoice.
