Saku Koivu resigns

This isn't exactly breaking news, but about 10 days ago, the Canadiens inked team captain Saku Koivu to a 3-year extension. Koivu currently leads the team in assists with 25 and points with 39. Good move?

ditto for me- my stomach went flat. I thought maybe he was pissed off with the olympics or something.
I think montreal is very lucky to have him. He's a leader for sure, and he's skilled. They need a better game going but I don't think Koivu is where the problem is.
