Tony Temple will start at tailback for the Missouri Tigers this year.
He ran for over 1,000 yards last season, and according to PowerMizzou.com, it looks like he will be one of the keys to the Mizzou offense again in 2007: "Everyone knows about the aerial attack, but if Temple gets going, opposing defenses simply have to pick their poison... As the unquestioned number one tailback, there is no reason Temple should not approach 250 carries this season, which would very nearly double his career total. If that happens, you will see some eye-popping offensive numbers in Columbia."
