| Easy Monday: Weary Dogs delighted to skip drills STARKVILLE — Titus Brown, your reaction to getting Monday off from practice? "Actually, I thought he was joking," Brown said. He wasn't. Mississippi State coach Sylvester Croom gave his Bulldogs the day off from workouts, choosing instead to watch film and visit with the team in a meeting. By four o'clock - about the time players are beginning to dress for Monday's workout - a stream of players began to file out of the Holliman Center across Lakeview Drive to their cars.
