| Mississippi State's Johnson hungers to keep improving STARKVILLE — Anthony Johnson's first taste of big-time college football came last season, when he made a respectable 12 tackles in Mississippi State's final six games. Not bad for a freshman, but it wasn't enough for Johnson. "I knew I had to come out and prove to Coach that I can play," Johnson said. "So I set in my mind that I was going to come out every day and work hard and I was going to show them on the field that I can be a good corner in this league." And if the Bulldogs' preseason practices and scrimmages have been any indication, he's proven just that and much, much more. Johnson hungers to keep improving
