should sports wagering be legalized nationwide ?

personally i think it should be

people are already placing wagers, and now the states get nothing for it if not done legally

if done legally in each state then taxes could be collected on the winnings

Simon: You make a good point. However, I don't know how wise it is for government to take advantage of the weakness of its citizens. They're already doing it in the lottery and I think that's enough. No need to make gambling more convenient - especially with the internet.
