If we're weighing these guys solely on personality and COMPLETELY ignoring the vast chasm between the two in terms of athletic accomplishments, then this is the last one of these I vote in. I agree that endorsements and persona play a role in the discussion, but I can name five active NBA players easily who one could argue would rate higher than Wade, talent-wise. Do that with Federer. You can't, can you. It's because he dominates his sport like no other athlete on the planet right now.

I agree with your stats but what I would add is that watching tennis is not far from watching grass grow. I like sports that offer action and for me Tennis isn't an action sport. Now don't all the tennis fans get down on me, I'm a NASCAR guy ... cars spinning, rolling over, going 200 MPh, 14 second pit stops, bumping and banging. With all that said the stats over these two speak well for themselves.
