Another no brainer. Why so many NBA rookies? Not to mention that both Oden and Durant only played one year of college ball. Both are still virtual unknowns. They don't even belong in the discussion let alone the top 16 athletes in the world!

Look, dude, I really don't mean to rip on your bracket. But Oden and Durant have played one year of non high school basketball. Where's Roger Clemens and his seven Cy Young Awards? Where's Phil Mickleson, winner of 31 PGA Tour evens and two Green Jackets at the Masters? Where's Wladimir Klitschko, Floyd Mayweather Jr. or at least SOME boxing champion? What about Cat Osterman or Jenny Finch from softball? Candice Parker from ladies basketball? Don't get me wrong, I love debating this stuff. I think that not everyone who made the final 16 was worthy.

yeah im going to go for Wade on this one, i think it would be to difficult for an NBA rookie to compete with an expreienced NBA player, especially someone of Wade's talents. Wade may have more competition in the later rounds but for this one he wins by a milestone, however i would give Duran a few more years and i think he should be able to compete with the big boys

I care about those other sports. And the Rocket's too old, but Shaq makes it? Candace Parker was named the best female athlete in all of college sports, and she was arguably the best basketball player in the NCAA last year, regardless of gender. Jenny Finch has been featured on Gatorade commericals alongside the likes of Peyton Manning and Derek Jeter and embarrassed a bunch of guys on Spike's Pros vs. Joes TV show. If that's not sports stardom I don't know what is.
