Diana Taurasi is off a good 7 points per game from the fab season she had last year...what gives?

I think a lot has to do with the fact that the other teams are concentrating on her so the other players would beat them instead of her. So she is getting frustrated at the double and sometimes triple teams. Once the other team players start nailing their shots and the Mercury defense actually plays a little defense then something may change. Hopefully so because this team is really fun to watch when everything clicks.

on the other hand, it looks like Becky Hammon is have a career year down in San Antonio...so maybe the supporting cast is important...
