If you hate Mike and the Mad Dog, you get to be annoyed twice as much, for a while..

For the next two weeks, Mike and the Dog will be filling in for Imus from 6AM -10AM AND keep their 1PM to 6:20 show, until the station can get their act together.

There has been talk that they might take it over permanently. If that happens, WFAN will be 24 hours of sports talk.

Think you've got the wrong show there, Marc. Mike & Mike in the Morning is ESPN, Mike & the Mad Dog aren't televised, I believe.

Mike and the Mad Dog are televised on the YES Network.

This is an interesting move. Shows that there was no back-up plan. Mike and The Dog (and practically every host on WFAN) all have said they're against what happened to Imus. Their opine is that it should've been done after business today instead of during the day yesterday during the telethon to support children's charities which was founded by Imus. Hard to disagree.

Ha sanyone listened to any of their shows this week? They have been ridiculously funny. Absolutely hysterical. I think it was Mike who commented that there is no way he and Dog would permanantly go to the mornings and that he doesn't think WFAN would put someone in place until next April just because of the way they measure ratings.
