Olympic Legend passes Away
Bob Mathias the Olympic Decathlete who won a gold medal at the age of 17 passed away today. He would win a second gold in the same event in 1952.

Bob also served as a Congressman and played in the Rose Bowl...

Mathias remembered as gifted athlete - Yahoo! News

Sadly, we give bigger headlines to people like Maurice Clarette, then we do legends like Bob Mathias.
