Farve in Minnesota

What would you guys think if he were to play for the Vikings?

Would he benefit the team? Or slow them down?

If not the Vikings, where do you think he will end up? With the Bucs, Jets?

I would be shocked if he doesnt go to Tampa.. Jets have the best offer but its his least favorite..

Re: Farve in Minnesota

I don't think the Vikings will get him, but they'd be foolish not to make a huge push for him. With him and their running game, there's no doubt they'd make it deep in the playoffs. Heck, they'd probably be the favorites to win the conference. More likely he'll go to Tampa, though.

Re: Farve in Minnesota

I think it would benefit them if anything. They seem like a team that is only a QB away from being one of the better teams in the league. They could use some better defensive backs but besides that with Favre they could look good.

Yep, so a Favre-led Vikings team will have to remain a pipe dream. Or a Madden 09 dynasty.

I dont. You have to be accurate to play QB

Re: Farve in Minnesota

Yea he is pretty accurate when he throws. Just not when running around throwing off one leg, thats the problem.

The Vikings should get Chad Pennington if they want accuracy.
