Vikings vs. Broncos

Vikings are going to Mile High Sunday to play the Broncos. In order to get to the playoffs, they need to beat Denver and for the Cowboys to defeat the Redskins.
Can they beat Denver???

Re: Vikings vs. Broncos

Yes, they can. Denver just hasn't been the same team this season. They've lost too many good players over the years.

Re: Vikings vs. Broncos

Vikings lose the game, 22-19, in overtime. They finish the season 8-8, and fall short of the playoffs. According to the Associated Press, "The Broncos jumped out to a 19-3 lead only to watch Tarvaris Jackson hook up twice with Bobby Wade for touchdowns in the final 5 1/2 minutes and then convert both 2-pointers to tie it... With the playoffs out of his reach, Vikings rookie running back Adrian Peterson settled for the NFC rushing title. He gained 36 yards on 11 carries."

Re: Vikings vs. Broncos

I can't wait to see what Peterson can do once they get a passing game. They are loading up the line to stop AP because Jackson can't beat anybody.
