| Adrian Peterson NFL Rushing Record Guess what? Adrian Peterson's 296 yards on 30 carries today wasn't just a Vikings team record - it set a new, single-game NFL rushing record. Wow, didn't realize that at first. Unbelievable. AD has two 200-plus yard games as a rookie. Think he'll become the first guy to break the 300-yard barrier in a game?
