Adrian Peterson will be Rookie of the Year. There's no doubt in my mind. Today, Peterson ran 20 times for a Vikings record 224 yards and 3 touchdowns. The old team record was 200, set by Chuck Foreman in 1976. Peterson now has over 600 yards in five games. Unreal.

He also caught passes and kicked return...I think his total yards were over 350...BIG GAME!

Peterson is just SICK. He broke his own Vikings rushing record against San Diego today - 30 carries, 296 yards, 3 TDs

Yeah, and I ran into him on both Fantasy leagues...my other league I had traded him for Ronnie Brown and Manning...and he came back to haunt me...I totally like the kid...

This is the game I watched on my NFL Sunday Ticket as I usually watch the Chargers because they are good or so I thought! Adrian Peterson ran like a race horse all over the San Diego Chargers!! Can anyone stop this guy? Is this just rookie luck??? I've never seen any football player play like Adrian Peterson did today in my 20+ years of watching the NFL. I was that impressed! Best performance ever by any player all time!!!

I think he jsut put away the rookie of the year award today...and is racing after Brady for the MVP.

Hey, guess what - didn't realize it at the time, but this isn't just a team record, it's a new single-game NFL rushing record!

I saw two carries of the game. That was enough to realize he is far and away the best running back in football.
