This is the game Packer fans have been waiting for.
Vikings will host the Green Bay Packers on Monday night football, 7:30 pm CT on Espn.
Vikings are 3-0, Packers 2-1.
However, win-loss records dont mean a thing here. Not only is it a divisional rivalry game, but no love is lost between the Packers, their fans and Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings.
I have been waiting a long time to see No.4 come out of the tunnel in a purple jersey. This is going to be fun.
Packers D is going to know what Brett is going to do. I dont look for any big plays out of Brett this week.
But the Packers run defense isnt the best. And who do the Vikings have but the arguably best running back in the NFL, Adrian Peterson.
Look for a lot of cheeseheads at this game. And a lot of hot action.

I like the Vikes here...but I got to think that the Pack will want to drive Favre's head into the ground hard...Still the Vikes are a team on the rise...no???...I expect a wild shootout...Vikes 33-31.

I like the Packers, The Vikings need "The Catch 2" Just to beat the 49ers at home. The Packers are much better then the Niners and they are going to be going for Favre, they can say they don't care but everyone knows they do. They want to beat Brett Favre and they will beat Brett Favre because I can't really buy that the Vikings are that good. Packers win 20-14

The Vikings are 3-0, and although it was a close game against the 49ers, I still think they are a top 5 team in the league. With AP alone they could beat the Pack.

The Broncos are 3-0 too doesn't make them a top five team. The Vikings have two wins against the Lions and the Browns who are defanately in the bottom third of the league. Then they had the Catch 2 against the Niners, those aren't three amazing wins they defanately aren't a top five team. Off the top of my head the Jets, Saints, Colts, Giants, Ravens are all easily better and I'm sure there are a few others I'm forgetting.

Plus Favre hasn't even been that good he was ok good against the Browns, I didn't see the Lions game but I heard he was decent but not great. Then he was awful against the Niners and just made that one play. Assuming the Packers don't fall asleep for one good throw and punt return they will win and they will make a bad for Favre. Take it to the Bank!

Before the season I had the Vikings in my top 5. They are 3-0 against bad teams but you can only play who your scheduled against right? They have a good defense, a great running back, and now a solid QB. They are without a doubt the team to beat inthe NFC North.

The Vikings o-line just shamed the Green Bay defense..... Favre sat back there untouched for like 10 seconds untouched. He had pick of the field where to throw and never had anyone get near him. WOW!

His... Is he retireing, is he not thang, got really old to me. And I got to the point that I did'nt like the dude.

But darnit all, last night I found myself pulling for old Brett Farve and the Vikings. And the old fart did well. Good for him.

It was a great game. Favre was fired up. Peterson was a disappointment though. I think after he coughed up the ball (again) he kind of lost heart.
This was probably one of the few games that lived up to its hype.

It was a great game, I think there is a virsus for not being able to stop the pass up the middle going around because the Bears couldn't stop the Lions middle of the fied passes. Like I said in the preseason the 3-4 isn't working out in Green Bay, they can't get pressure anymore and their linebackers can't defend the pass, all their saftery are out, things aren't looking good in Green Bay

No doubt, best game of this short season thus far. I'm looking forward to the rematch in Green Bay later on this year.
