| Twins take over first place The Minnesota Twins regained first place in the AL Central with a 6-2 win over Cleveland on Sunday. The victory, combined with a White Sox loss, moved the Twins into the division lead. Francisco Liriano tossed 6 scoreless innings in the win. | Re: Twins take over first place Ya the Twins were a team I think alot of people expected them to be a rebuilding team. Sometimes thats what people think when you trade your star ace and star gold glove centerfielder. However the Twins have come out and shown that they are still ready to play now not tomorrow. So now they are a half a game in front in the NL Central. |
