Twins pick up Nathan's option

The Minnesota Twins have picked up the $6 million club option on Joe Nathan's contract for 2008. According to Rotowire.com, "Picking up the option was a no-brainer. The bigger question is whether to sign him to a contract extension or possibly trade him this offseason." What do you think? Should they give him a new deal, or try to trade him?
