According to Yahoo! Sports rumor page, "Word is the Minnesota Twins have offered free-agent pitcher Carlos Silva a three-year deal worth slightly more than $7 million a season. Silva, however, wants at least one more year on a contract." Think Minnesota should give him that extra year?

Four years? Tricky. I know he would be sought after on the free-agent market, I've seen him compared to a Gil Meche type of pitcher.
