Twins GM Terry Ryan Resigns
Minnesota Twins general manager (for the past 12-years) Terry Ryan announced his resignation from his position effective September 30th. He will remain with the team from an advisors position.

Ryan said his decision had nothing to do with the team's performance. He sounded like he was just burned out.
