Cool Bucks to trade Redd?

Quote:
A contender might be interested in Milwaukee Bucks guard Michael Redd as a complementary piece, yet probably not at the roster cost to make the salaries match. Redd is owed almost $33 million for the next two years and owns his option for $18.3 million for 2010-'11.

Given that the Bucks are going nowhere this season and need to begin the rebuilding process sooner than later, they just might benefit from moving Redd for a handful of players in the final year of their contracts.
Bucks should move Redd, begin rebuilding effort - Sports Rumors - NBA - Yahoo! Sports

So, would it be a good smart move to trade Redd and re-build?

Re: Bucks to trade Redd?

Oh, man... I guess so. I'm sure that would hurt Milwaukee, though. He's their best player.

It would be an awful move, with a few more pieces they can be a contender in the Central division.

But how are they goanna get those pieces? They only have 2 other guys who are worth anything on that team - Mo Williams and Andrew Bogut. Redd is still young enough - He's only 28. But they have to sign free agents or hit it big in the draft....You can't win 1 star - 2 good players and 9 medicore players.
