The Milwaukee Brewers have lost eight straight games. Yesterday, the Marlins beat them, 3-2. According to the AP, "The eight-game losing streak matches the Brewers worst this season set from May 28-June 4." The way they're going, they'll likely top that. Milwaukee was supposed to be a better team than this; will this season cost Brewers manager Ned Yost his job?

Who's their best star, now? Since Carlos Lee left town it must be Price Fielder, Bill Hall and Chris Capuano. The fans have nothing to really look forward to since those players are young and cannot lead a team to the championships with their minor experience. I was surprised that they dealt away Carlos Lee since he was the big player in Milwaukee. It has been a while since the days where Robin Yount was a hometown hero and even Richie Sexson!

The streak is over, as the Brewers beat Greg Maddux and the Dodgers 6-3 for their first win after 10 consecutive losses. Tony Graffanino went 3-for-5 with three RBIs in the victory. Break up the Brew Crew! Or not!
