| Brewers' start downright disappointing When spring comes with warmer weather and the season opens, every team has hpes to still be playing yet in October when the weather starts to cool. The season is only 6 games so far, but the Brewers' season better change around soon. After going to their first post season appearance in 25 years, nothing is clicking for the Brewers. Sunday, Brewers starting pitcher Jeff Suppan couldn't get out of the fourth inning, walking in three runs with bases-loaded walks. Reliever Jorge Julio was no relief, throwing four straight balls to the first hitter he faced, forcing in another run. A great play robbing Prince Fielder of a potential game-tying grand slam homer later in the game added insult to injury for Brewers fans, as they dropped the series to the Cubs 2-1 with Sunday's loss. The bullpen hasnt found its rhythm yet. Only Yovani Gallardo, in last Wednesday's gem at San Francisco, and Dave Bush on Saturday have started games and made it past the fifth inning. For the most part, hitting has been terrible. Ryan Braun is cold, Jason Kendall seems lost and there aren't many hits in key situations. The Cincinnati Reds come to Milwaukee tonight for the first game in a three-game series, and with Gallardo on the hill, hopefully things start to change around.
