| Re: Weeks homers, Brewers victorious Rickie Weeks of the Milwaukee Brewers came through big for his team yesterday. According to the Associated Press, Weeks took "a 97-mph heater from Detroit reliever Joel Zumaya for a two-run homer in the seventh inning that propelled the Brewers to a tense, 4-3 victory over the formidable Tigers." Lots of young talent on the Brewers squad. They may well be a team to watch in the near future, don't you think? |
