Re: Carlos Lee Brewers HR Record

Lee broke the team's April home run record, hitting his 10th against the Cubbies yesterday. The previous mark of nine had been shared by Rob Deer and Geoff Jenkins. Deer did it in 1987, while Jenkins achieved the feat twice, once in 2000 and again in 2001. Pretty impressive start for the 8 year vet, eh?

Yeah, but we will have to wait and see how he finishes up in the season.

It is a little early to tell if he is MVP potential.

Rob "all or nothing" Deer?...time to sell Lee if you have him...chances are he will hit 20-25 the rest of the way...trade him now...

Are you sure? According to my good friends at Sports Fanatics.Net they project him to hit 31 homers and 109 RBIs. Alright, you got me with the .271 AVG but otherwise his statistics are pretty solid. I wouldn't let him go, yet.

that's my point...if he has 10 by now and he is projected at 31...I am saying he peaked early and you will get all of 20 homers the rest of the way...fantasy baseball is a math equation...I do pretty good I won 3 out of 4 titles in my league and only once have finished second in the regualr season... all other times 1st in regualr season...I don't know more than other people do...I just have a knack for getting rid of people at thier peak and trading for guys yet to peak...(PS...Pujols looks like an expection... )
