| Linebrink activated, Dessens sent down According to the Associated Press, "The Brewers activated newly acquired reliever Scott Linebrink from the bereavement list before Saturday night's game with the Philadelphia Phillies... To make room on the roster for Linebrink, Milwaukee designated veteran Elmer Dessens for assignment." Linebrink is 3-3 with a 3.64 ERA in 46 games this season while Dessens was just 1-1 with a 6.60 ERA in 12 games.
