| Rodriguez' agent: Coach will have no comment Mike Brown, the agent for new University of Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez, just issued a statement through the university. Brown does not address allegations out of West Virginia today that Rodriguez and/or his staff destroyed university documents prior to leaving for Michigan. From Brown: "West Virginia University decided to file a law suit against Rich Rodriguez. While certain individuals have made a decision to take this public, Coach Rodriguez has withheld making any comments until the appropriate time in regards to this legal process."We're working to get more from Brown and will update if we do.
