Breaking news out of Michigan, Rich Rodriguez has reportedly accepted the head football coaching job at the University of Michigan.

Sad to see him go for what he did for this team on the field, but in a way, I'm glad.

The bum's tried to hold WVU ransom for other coaching offers for each of the past three years. Eventually, you've just got to say, "Enough is enough!"

Good hire for Michigan, I will be interested to see if he tries to run the spread option in the Big Ten.

It is his calling card, but as it stands right now, he doesn't have the people to run it there.

Why would you hope that?

I have a feeling that he'll run some sort of the spread offense, Mallet is mobil and the recievers are good route runners, but the line is a concern for this offense and the minor out of the back field is scary....bad.
