So I'm gonna go ahead and start this thread, since Michigan has been awful so far after being ranked #5, My question is this, Will they win enough to make a bowl game?

Two big losses to start the season...ouch. They could make a bowl game (there are hundreds lol) but they won't get a big one.

Of course they will...who are we kidding?...The Foreign Freedom Bowl in Central Bagdad is being added as we speak...a little dangerous sure...but look, they have a chance and it will be carried on a cable channel..enough said.

Yea michigan will make it to a bowl game. They will make it to one of those bowl games that end in .com in the middle of nowhere held in a h.s stadium. they should be so lucky. you know who they will be playing? notre dame, that's who.

Hmm, well they're 0-2, and looking at the rest of their schedule...

Sept. 15 Notre Dame - W
Sept. 22 Penn State* - L
Sept. 29 Northwestern* - ?
Oct. 6 Eastern Michigan - W
Oct. 13 Purdue* (Homecoming) - ?
Oct. 20 Illinois* - L
Oct. 27 Minnesota* - W
Nov. 3 Michigan State* - L
Nov. 10 Wisconsin* - L
Nov. 17 Ohio State* - L

That's 3 games I'm pretty confident they can win, and 5 I'm almost positive they'll lose. If if they beat both Purdue and Northwestern, that's not enough to get bowl eligible. They need to pull off some upsets, and I just don't see how they can do it.

They need 7 wins, LSC - gotta have a winning record in college football to be bowl eligible.

Wrong - unless the NCAA changed it before this season, FSU was 6-6 last year when they went to the Emerald Bowl and thumped UCLA.....
