Huge win for Michigan yesterday, upsetting the No. 8 Illini 72-64. Daniel Horton scored a career best 39 points for the Wolverines and just went off in the second half. Not only does this snap an 11-game UM losing streak to Illinois, but it also marks their third win over a ranked Big Ten team in a month. It is also Illinois fifth loss of the season, all of which have come against conference opponents. Anyone out there see the game?

You know what Lefty, I watched the first few minutes and then ended up turning it off. I was not too interested because I thought that the Illini would run away with this one. Boy was I wrong. That teaches me a lesson!
